The President of Lithuania Dalia Grybauskait\u0117 was the \u201egodmother\u201c of FSRU. \u00a0The President accentuated that this success would induce Lithuania and Europe to continue the development of diversified, competitive and environmentally friendly energetics. \u201cThe name of the unit \u201e Independence\u201c symbolises the extreme significance of this vessel to our country. One vessel is able to change the future of energetics of the whole country and the factual impact of the vessel will be as effective as her appearance is. The total LNG terminal project will be implemented within the period of the nearest 10 months.
